• Buffoli Transfer (Brescia, Italy)
  The core of our group. We design, manufacture and install high-performance rotary and linear transfer machines, flexible manufacturing systems and multi-spindle turning machines. Our turnkey plants handle bars, coils, castings and forgings with maximum precision and productivity, and are delivered to major international manufacturers.

• InterMach Service (Minerbe, Verona & Vicenza, Italy)
  Dedicated to after-sales support, InterMach Service provides installation, assistance, programmed maintenance, machine rebuilding and retrofitting. It supports both Buffoli and non-Buffoli transfer machines, as well as machining centers and other CNC equipment, ensuring customers achieve maximum uptime and efficiency.

• Advanced Robotics
  Specialized in turnkey robotized automation and vision systems, including Artificial Intelligence for quality control and predictive inspection. Our automation solutions improve productivity, flexibility and process reliability.

• Electro Engineering & Buffoli Automazioni
  Focused on industrial electronics. We design and manufacture numerical controls (NC) and HMI systems, electric cabinets, programming consoles and Industry 4.0 applications, with strong expertise in Siemens and Fanuc platforms — ensuring seamless integration of machines and automation.

• CloudBits & AI-Wonder
  CloudBits, a Microsoft Partner, develops digital solutions for the industrial sector, from augmented and virtual reality to digital twin platforms, full-stack web services and artificial intelligence. In 2025, together with Scao Informatica, CloudBits co-founded AI-Wonder, based in the BlueTechHub, dedicated to sovereign AI solutions that guarantee maximum data protection and local control.

• 3D Evolve
  Provider of turnkey 3D printing systems and scanners, as well as consultancy and services for additive manufacturing in both polymers and metals.

• Beocom / Twins (Partner)
  Beocom / Twins is a strategic partner specialized in the design and manufacturing of assembly, filling and testing machines, complementing Buffoli’s turnkey offer with advanced automation modules. In North America, Beocom / Twins is represented by Buffoli North America, ensuring seamless integration with Buffoli projects.

International Subsidiaries:

• Buffoli North America (Holland, Michigan, USA)
  Provides local sales, service and spare parts support for Buffoli customers across North America. The team includes application engineers, project managers and service technicians who coordinate daily with headquarters in Italy. They assist in machine runoff, installation, training and maintenance, ensuring continuity of service throughout the lifecycle of the equipment.

• Buffoli Intelligence Technology (Shanghai PRC)
  Established to serve the Chinese market, this subsidiary provides sales, service, and technical integration for Buffoli equipment, combining global expertise with local industrial capabilities. Buffoli also maintains a direct presence in India and Vietnam through ITC and IMT, both part of the Buffoli Industries Group, and a strategic partnership in Japan with S&F.

• Germany
  Buffoli has a permanent presence in Germany with dedicated personnel for both sales and service activities. In addition, Buffoli collaborates with HB Turnkey GmbH, a specialized agency with local staff, providing on-site support and coordination with Buffoli Transfer in Italy.
